Realme C25 — Full Specifications, Features & Price in Pakistan

The Realme C25, launched in March 2021, was the flagship of the budget C-series that year: a Helio G70 gaming chip, a 48MP triple camera (on international units), 4GB of RAM, and a 6000mAh battery with 18W fast charging — the biggest battery in this group. It was also the first C-series phone with TÜV Rheinland high-reliability certification.

Key Specifications at a Glance

Design and Build Quality

The C25 measures 164.5 x 75.9 x 9.6 mm and weighs 209 g — the thickness and weight are the price of the 6000mAh battery inside. The plastic back carries a geometric texture in Watery Blue or Watery Grey that hides fingerprints and gives the phone a distinctive look. The rear-mounted fingerprint sensor is quick, and face unlock backs it up.

Display Features

The 6.5-inch IPS LCD runs at 720 x 1600 pixels (HD+, 20:9, ~270 ppi) with a rated 480 nits typical brightness — the brightest panel in this C-series group, which helps outdoor visibility. The waterdrop notch houses the 8MP selfie camera. For video streaming and reading, the panel is perfectly serviceable.

Processor and Performance

The MediaTek Helio G70 (12 nm) is the meaningful performance story here: two 2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 performance cores plus six 1.7 GHz Cortex-A55 efficiency cores with a Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU. The A75 cores give it a clear edge over the Helio G35 in the C20/C21 for gaming and heavy apps — popular titles run at higher settings, and everyday multitasking feels smoother. With 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM backing it, this is the most capable phone in the group for performance.

RAM and Storage

Two configurations were sold: 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, and 4GB RAM with 128GB storage (eMMC 5.1). 4GB is the practical minimum for comfortable Android use in 2026, and the 128GB variant is worth seeking on the used market for app and media headroom.

Camera Features

This section needs care, because the C25 shipped with two different main cameras by region: international units carry a 48MP main sensor (f/1.8, PDAF), while India-market units carry a 13MP main sensor (f/2.2) — both joined by a 2MP macro and a 2MP B&W/mono lens, with LED flash, HDR, panorama, and 1080p@30fps video. The 48MP version captures noticeably more daylight detail; the 13MP version is comparable to the C21's camera. Check which camera version the specific unit has — it changes what the phone is worth.

Battery and Charging

The 6000mAh battery is the largest in this group and the C25's defining feature: two-day light use is realistic on a healthy unit, and even heavy users get through a full day comfortably. 18W wired fast charging over USB Type-C refills it far faster than the 10W charging on the C20/C21. Reverse wired charging lets the phone share power with accessories.

Software and Updates

The C25 launched on Android 11 with Realme UI 2.0 — newer out of the box than the C20/C21's Android 10. As a discontinued 2021 budget model, it is outside its official update window, so no new Android versions or security patches should be expected.

Connectivity and Additional Features

4G LTE with dual Nano-SIM support. Wi-Fi is dual-band 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac with Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth 5.0 with A2DP/LE, and positioning via GPS, GLONASS, and BDS. The USB Type-C 2.0 port supports OTG (enabling reverse charging), and the 3.5mm headphone jack is present. Sensors: rear fingerprint, accelerometer, proximity, compass, face unlock.

Variants, Colours and Availability

Global variants: 4GB/64GB and 4GB/128GB; colours Watery Blue and Watery Grey (Water Blue / Water Gray in some regions); dual Nano-SIM with dedicated microSD. The C25 is discontinued, so only used units circulate. When comparing with the C25s (Helio G85, same battery) and C25Y (Unisoc T610, 50MP camera, 5000mAh), remember they are three different phones with different chips — verify the exact model name in settings.

Who Should Consider This Phone?

Good fit: buyers who want the most phone for the money in this group — the best chip, the biggest battery with the fastest charging, and (on international units) the best camera. Ideal as a gaming-capable budget phone, a media device, or a long-battery daily driver.

Look elsewhere if: you want a slim light phone, 5G, or current software — or the absolute best camera, in which case check the C25Y's 50MP setup or newer models in the Realme collection and all mobiles.

Final Verdict

The Realme C25 is the performance-and-battery champion of this group: Helio G70, 6000mAh with 18W charging, 4GB RAM, and a 48MP camera on international units — at the lowest store-listed price of the three C25 models.
