Realme 7 — Full Specifications, Features & Price in Pakistan

The Realme 7 was the phone that brought the Helio G95 gaming chip to Pakistan in November 2020, launching at Rs. 38,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant. It pairs that chip with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ 90Hz display, a 64MP Sony IMX682 quad camera and a 5,000mAh battery with 30W Dart charging. Discontinued now and used-only, it remains one of the most balanced used phones in the Rs. 20,000s — strong performance, a good main camera and excellent battery life, held back only by its age and LCD screen.

Design and Build Quality

The Realme 7 introduced a two-tone split design with a mirror-like finish in Mist Blue or Mist White, AG (anti-glare) processed to resist fingerprints on the Pro-style variants. It measures 162.3 x 75.4 x 9.4 mm and weighs 196 g — substantial in hand, with a plastic frame and back. The side-mounted fingerprint sensor sits in the power button. On a used unit, check the glossy back for scuffs and test the side fingerprint reader, and inspect the USB-C port for wear.

Display Features

The 6.5-inch IPS LCD delivers Full HD+ resolution (1080 x 2400, ~405 ppi) at a 90Hz refresh rate with 480 nits typical brightness, protected by Gorilla Glass 3. It is a sharp, fluid panel for the used price — a clear upgrade over the HD+ 60Hz screens of the 5s and 6i, and on par with the 6s. The trade-off is inherent to LCD: blacks are grey in the dark and contrast can't match the AMOLED screens of the 7 Pro or Realme 8. For gaming and media at this budget, though, it is very good.

Processor and Performance

The MediaTek Helio G95 (12 nm) — 2 x 2.05 GHz Cortex-A76 plus 6 x 2.0 GHz Cortex-A55 with Mali-G76 MC4 graphics — debuted with this phone and is essentially a higher-clocked G90T. PUBG Mobile runs smoothly at high settings, multitasking is comfortable with 8GB of RAM, and a carbon-fibre cooling system helps sustain performance. It is a genuine gaming-capable chip even in 2026, though newer budget chips are more efficient. Expect the phone to warm up during extended gaming — normal for this 12 nm chip.

RAM and Storage

Pakistan's launch variant was 8GB + 128GB; global markets also saw 6GB + 128GB and 4GB + 64GB configurations. A dedicated microSD slot expands storage without losing the second SIM. 8GB of RAM is a real advantage on the used market — the phone multitasks noticeably better than 4GB rivals of the same era. Confirm the store unit's exact variant, since 8GB + 128GB commands a premium over 6GB configurations.

Camera Features

The headline is the 64MP Sony IMX682 main sensor (f/1.8) — the same sensor used in well-regarded rivals like the Poco X3 — joined by an 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro and 2MP depth sensor. Daylight photos are detailed and punchy, Nightscape mode helps after dark, and video records 4K at 30fps with gyro-EIS at 1080p. The 16MP front camera is capable for selfies. This is one of the better used-market cameras under Rs. 25,000, clearly ahead of the 48MP setups on the 5s, 6i and 6s.

Battery and Charging

A 5,000mAh battery with 30W Dart charging (50% in about 26 minutes, full in roughly 65) is an excellent combination: genuine two-day-light-use endurance on a healthy unit plus fast top-ups. On a used 2020 phone, battery health is the variable — ask how it holds charge and watch it drain during your in-store test. If the original 30W Dart charger isn't included, charging will be slower with a generic brick.

Software and Updates

Launched on Android 10 with Realme UI, the Realme 7 received official updates up to Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0 in most regions — a better update run than the 6-series. Even so, security patches ended years ago and no further updates are coming. In 2026 the software feels dated but remains broadly app-compatible. Check the unit's actual version in Settings; a unit on Android 11 or 12 is normal and preferable.

Connectivity and Additional Features

Dual Nano-SIM with dual standby, 4G LTE (bands 1/3/5/8/38/40/41), dual-band Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.0, FM radio, USB Type-C 2.0 with OTG, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. NFC is not confirmed in Pakistani listings — some global databases list it, so treat it as unconfirmed rather than promised. Sensors: side-mounted fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, compass and proximity. Full 2020 connectivity, minus 5G.

Variants, Colours and Availability

Mist Blue and Mist White were the launch colours; Pakistan officially received the 8GB + 128GB variant at Rs. 38,999. The Realme 7 is discontinued, so current stock is used-only — typically sold with varying combinations of box, charger and accessories. Because it was officially launched in Pakistan, PTA-approved units are common, but always verify the specific IMEI rather than assuming.

Price in Pakistan and PTA Information

The official launch price of Rs. 38,999 (8GB + 128GB) is history. Rough used-market estimates in October 2026 place good-condition units around Rs. 18,000–26,000 depending on variant, condition, box and PTA status — estimates, not verified listings, so confirm the current price with Zohaan Mobile Gallery. The 8GB + 128GB variant holds value best. PTA status is per-device: verify the specific unit's IMEI via SMS to 8484 before paying, even though officially launched units are often PTA-paid.

What is the difference between Realme 7, 7 Pro and 7i?

Three different phones: the 7 has a Helio G95 chip and 90Hz LCD; the 7 Pro has a Snapdragon 720G, AMOLED display, 65W charging and stereo speakers; the 7i has a weaker Snapdragon 662 chip and an HD+ screen. The standard 7 is the gaming-value pick of the three.

Is the Realme 7 good for gaming?

How fast does the Realme 7 charge?

30W Dart charging: about 50% in 26 minutes and a full 5,000mAh charge in roughly 65 minutes with the original charger.

What Android version does the Realme 7 run?

Final Verdict

The Realme 7 is the sweet spot of the used 7-series: G95 gaming muscle, a 64MP Sony camera, a 90Hz Full HD+ screen and a 5,000mAh battery with 30W charging, all for used money in the low Rs. 20,000s. Its only real compromise is the LCD panel — and at this price, that's easy to forgive. Verify the variant, battery health and PTA status, and it's a genuinely smart buy.
