Realme 14 Pro+ — Full Specifications, Features & Price in Pakistan

Introduction

The Realme 14 Pro+ sits at the top of Realme's 14 number series and is the phone to pick if camera zoom matters to you: it is the only 14-series model with a 50MP periscope telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom. It also switches chipsets versus the standard 14 Pro, moving to Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, and upgrades charging to 80W. Like its sibling, it was never officially launched in Pakistan, so this guide pairs the full verified specifications with honest import-buying and PTA advice.

Design and Build Quality

The 14 Pro+ measures 163.5 x 77.3 x 8.0 mm and weighs 194 grams — a touch larger and heavier than the 14 Pro, reflecting the bigger camera system. The front is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, a step up from the standard model's glass. Finishes include Pearl White (with the cold-sensitive colour-shift effect), Suede Gray and Bikaner Purple. The IP66/IP68/IP69 ratings cover dust, submersion and high-pressure water jets, making it one of the toughest camera phones in its price class.

Display Features

A 6.83-inch curved OLED display with a sharper 1272 x 2800 resolution (±450 ppi), 120Hz refresh rate, 1 billion colours and 1500 nits peak brightness. The higher resolution is visibly crisper than the standard 14 Pro's panel, which matters for photo reviewing and reading. HDR content looks punchy, and outdoor visibility is strong.

Processor and Performance

The Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 (4 nm) is an octa-core chip (1x Cortex-A720 at 2.5 GHz + 3x Cortex-A720 at 2.4 GHz + 4x Cortex-A520) with an Adreno 710 GPU. In real terms it trades blows with the Dimensity 7300 Energy: slightly stronger sustained performance and better ISP capabilities for the camera system, with good efficiency. It handles heavy multitasking and demanding games at high settings comfortably, though it is still a tier below true flagship silicon.

RAM and Storage

Buyers can choose 8GB or 12GB of RAM with 128GB, 256GB or 512GB of storage. There is no microSD slot, so the 256GB trim is the sweet spot for most users who shoot lots of photos and video. Dynamic RAM expansion is available on top of the physical RAM.

Camera Features

This is the 14 Pro+'s raison d'être. The triple system: a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor (f/1.8, 1/1.56-inch, OIS), a 50MP periscope telephoto (f/2.7, 73mm equivalent, 3x optical zoom, OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide. The periscope enables genuinely useful 3x optical and high-quality hybrid zoom — a rarity at this price — while OIS on both the main and telephoto lenses steadies shots and video. The 32MP autofocus front camera records 4K video, a big step up from the 14 Pro's 16MP unit. Realme's AI camera features and Magic Glow flash round out a genuinely versatile imaging package.

Battery and Charging

The 6000mAh silicon-carbon battery delivers excellent endurance — heavy users will end the day with charge to spare. 80W wired charging refills 50% in about 24 minutes, a major upgrade over the standard 14 Pro's 45W. No wireless charging, which remains rare in this segment.

Software and Updates

Android 15 with Realme UI 6.0 out of the box, bringing refreshed visuals, smoother animations and AI features. Realme's update commitment for the 14 series was not specified in verifiable terms at the time of writing, so buyers should not assume a particular number of Android upgrades.

Connectivity and Additional Features

Full 5G SA/NSA support, dual-band Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2/5.4 (sources vary slightly), NFC on most variants, USB Type-C 2.0 and complete GNSS support. The under-display optical fingerprint sensor is joined by the usual accelerometer, gyroscope, compass and proximity sensors.

Variants, Colours and Availability

Global variants span 8GB+128GB through 12GB+512GB in Pearl White, Suede Gray and Bikaner Purple, with dual Nano-SIM. Because there was no Pakistan launch, local stock comes via importers — variant availability, box contents (charger inclusion varies by region) and warranty terms differ by seller, so confirm everything in writing before purchase.

Price in Pakistan and PTA Information

No official Pakistan price exists. WhatMobile lists an expected price of about Rs 114,999 while other trackers show higher estimates — none of these are verifiable retail prices, and grey-market import pricing moves with currency rates. Confirm the current price with Zohaan Mobile Gallery. As an import, PTA/DIRBS status is critical: verify the IMEI's registration and any applicable tax before buying, using our guides on PTA approval and how to check it, and include any tax in your budget.

Who Should Consider This Phone?

The 14 Pro+ is built for photography enthusiasts on a mid-range budget — the periscope zoom alone justifies the premium over the standard 14 Pro. It also suits buyers who prefer Snapdragon silicon. It is not ideal for anyone who needs official local warranty or PTA-included pricing; those buyers should consider the officially launched 15 series instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. As of 2026-10-11 it has not been launched by Realme Pakistan; local units are imports.

What is special about its camera?

Its 50MP periscope telephoto offers 3x optical zoom with OIS — unusual in this price bracket — alongside a 50MP OIS main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide.

Which chipset does it use?

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 (4 nm) with Adreno 710 graphics — different from the Dimensity chip in the standard 14 Pro.

Is the 14 Pro+ worth it over the 14 Pro?

If zoom photography, a sharper display and faster charging matter to you, yes. If not, the standard 14 Pro is cheaper and shares the same battery capacity.

What should I check before buying an imported unit?

Verify the IMEI's PTA/DIRBS status and any tax due, confirm the exact variant and box contents, and clarify warranty terms with the seller.

Final Verdict

The Realme 14 Pro+ is the camera enthusiast's pick of the 14 series: a stabilised periscope zoom, a strong main sensor and 80W charging in a tough, good-looking body. Its weakness in Pakistan is entirely commercial — no official launch means import pricing and PTA diligence. Buyers comfortable with that trade-off get one of the best zoom cameras available for the money.
