Oppo Find N2 Flip: Price in Pakistan, Full Specifications & Import Buying Guide

Oppo Find N2 Flip Overview

The Oppo Find N2 Flip launched in China in December 2022 and globally in February 2023 — making it the first Oppo foldable sold officially outside China, and the direct rival to Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip 4. Unlike the book-style Find N and N2, the Flip is a clamshell: a compact square when folded that opens into a tall 6.8-inch phone. Its headline features are the large 3.26-inch cover screen (the biggest on any flip phone at launch), the 4nm Dimensity 9000+ chip, and a 4,300mAh battery — the largest in any clamshell foldable of its generation. It was not officially launched in Pakistan either, so local units are imports, but the global version makes ownership easier than the China-only N series. This guide covers the specs and the import checks that matter.

Design and Display

Folded, the N2 Flip is a pocketable 85.5 x 75.2 x 16.02mm square; open, it becomes a 166.2 x 75.2 x 7.45mm phone with a 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED (1080 x 2520, 1–120Hz adaptive, HDR10+, up to 1600 nits peak) protected by ultra-thin glass. The 3.26-inch AMOLED cover screen (382 x 720, 60Hz, Gorilla Glass 5) is the design centrepiece — big enough for notifications, widgets, camera previews, and quick replies without opening the phone. The hinge folds flat with a minimal crease. At 191 grams it is far lighter than the book-style N2. Finishes are Astral Black and Moonlit Purple, and it carries an IPX4 splash-resistance rating — the only Oppo foldable of this generation with any water-resistance certification.

Performance and Chipset

The MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ (4nm) with Mali-G710 MC10 graphics is a true flagship chip — a custom-tuned version co-developed with MediaTek for efficiency, broadly comparable to the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 in the Find N2. Global units ship with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage (China got up to 16GB/512GB); no microSD slot. Everyday performance, multitasking, and gaming are all flagship-smooth, and the chip runs efficiently enough that the 4,300mAh battery — huge for a flip phone — delivers genuine all-day endurance. As with all these foldables, the 5G hardware is unusable in Pakistan; buy it as a 4G device and verify LTE bands on the specific import unit.

Cameras

The dual rear camera pairs a 50MP main sensor (Sony IMX890, f/1.8) — the same sensor as the Find N2's main camera — with an 8MP ultrawide (f/2.2, 112°), tuned by Hasselblad and processed by the MariSilicon X NPU. There is no telephoto lens, a concession to the slim clamshell body. The 32MP front camera (f/2.4) sits in the inner display's punch-hole with autofocus. The killer feature is cover-screen selfies: fold the phone halfway and use the 50MP rear camera with the 3.26-inch cover screen as the viewfinder — the best selfie quality on any phone here. Rear video reaches 4K@30fps. Ultrawide quality is the weak link, capped at 1080p video with softer detail.

Battery and Charging

The 4,300mAh battery is the largest ever put in a clamshell foldable at launch — bigger than the Galaxy Z Flip 4's 3,700mAh — and it shows: the Flip comfortably lasts a full day, a traditional weakness of flip phones. 44W SuperVOOC wired charging refills about 50% in 23 minutes. There is no wireless charging. On a used import, verify battery health and that the included charger supports SuperVOOC speeds; also confirm the hinge area shows no damage, since drops on flip phones often land on the hinge.

Software and Updates

The global Find N2 Flip launched with Android 13 and ColorOS 13, and Oppo promised four years of Android upgrades (through Android 17) plus five years of security patches — matching Samsung and far better than the dead-ended N and N2. In 2026 that means the Flip is the only Oppo foldable of this generation still receiving updates, a major ownership advantage. The cover screen software — widgets, quick replies, camera preview, music controls — matured through updates. For Pakistani buyers this is significant: the Flip is the one Oppo foldable you can buy as an import without accepting abandoned software. Still verify Google services and the update status on the specific unit.

Connectivity and Extras

5G hardware (unusable in Pakistan), 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, GPS, USB-C, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and stereo speakers. No 3.5mm jack, no microSD. Import checks: LTE band compatibility with your Pakistani carrier, PTA DIRBS registration and whether tax is included in the price, hinge smoothness, both screens for dead pixels or scratches, and the crease under bright light. The IPX4 rating covers splashes only — not submersion — so treat water claims cautiously on a used unit.

Who Should Buy the Oppo Find N2 Flip?

The Find N2 Flip is the most recommendable Oppo foldable for Pakistani buyers: it is the only one with ongoing software support, the global version is easier to own than the China-only N series, and the clamshell form factor suits anyone who wants a full-size phone that folds to half size. It fits style-conscious buyers, selfie enthusiasts (rear-camera selfies via the cover screen), and anyone upgrading from a slab who finds book-style foldables too bulky. It is not for buyers who need a telephoto zoom, wireless charging, or an officially warranted local purchase — and the PTA tax on an imported flagship still applies.

Oppo Find N2 Flip vs Find N2: Clamshell vs Book-Style

These are fundamentally different phones. The Find N2 Flip is a clamshell: closed it is a compact square, open a tall 6.8-inch phone — best for portability, one-handed use, and stylish selfies via the 3.26-inch cover screen. The Find N2 is book-style: closed a small phone, open a 7.1-inch near-tablet — best for multitasking, reading, and media. The N2 has the better camera system (triple with telephoto) and stylus support; the Flip has the newer software promise (updates through Android 17), IPX4 rating, and global availability. In Pakistan, the Flip is the more practical import: newer software, easier to source as a global unit, and cheaper PTA tax bracket than the pricier book-style flagship. Choose by form factor first, spec sheet second.

Importing a Find N2 Flip to Pakistan: PTA, Tax & Checks

No official Pakistan launch means imports only: PTA DIRBS registration and tax are mandatory, so confirm in writing whether the quoted price includes tax. Prefer the global version over a China unit — software, bands, and Google services are cleaner. Verify LTE bands for your carrier (5G is unusable locally), test the hinge through full open/close cycles, inspect the crease and both screens under bright light, and check the cover screen's touch response. Confirm the 44W SuperVOOC charger is original, check battery health, and verify the software update status in Settings. Get a written receipt with the IMEI, and remember foldable screen repairs cost a large fraction of the phone's price — buy from a seller who will honour problems.

Oppo Find N2 Flip Price in Pakistan

There is no official Pakistan price — the Find N2 Flip launched globally in February 2023 (UK price £849; India ₹89,999) and never launched officially in Pakistan. Import pricing must state whether PTA/DIRBS tax is included; always ask. Our catalog figure from the October 2026 import is stale and is not a current market price. Compare the total landed cost against Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip series, which has official Pakistani availability and warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the Find N2 Flip and Find N2?

Form factor: the Flip is a clamshell that folds into a compact square; the N2 is book-style opening into a 7.1-inch tablet-like screen. The Flip has longer software support and global availability; the N2 has better cameras and a bigger screen.

Was the Find N2 Flip launched in Pakistan?

No official Pakistan launch — but unlike the N and N2, it did launch globally, so global-version imports are easier to own with cleaner software and bands.

Do I need to pay PTA tax on an imported Find N2 Flip?

Yes — PTA DIRBS registration and tax apply to every imported phone. Confirm whether the seller's price includes the tax before agreeing.

What can the 3.26-inch cover screen do?

Notifications, widgets, quick replies, music controls, and — most usefully — a live preview for taking selfies with the 50MP rear camera.

How good is the Dimensity 9000+?

Flagship-grade: a 4nm chip broadly comparable to the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, co-tuned with MediaTek for efficiency. Smooth for gaming and multitasking.

Will the Find N2 Flip get software updates?

Yes — Oppo promised four Android upgrades (through Android 17) and five years of security patches, making it the only Oppo foldable of this generation with ongoing support.

Is the Find N2 Flip water resistant?

It has an IPX4 rating — resistant to splashes from any direction, but not submersion. Treat it as splash-proof, not waterproof.

How long does the battery last?

The 4,300mAh battery — the largest in any clamshell foldable at launch — delivers comfortable all-day use, with 44W SuperVOOC charging (~50% in 23 minutes).
