iQOO Neo 6 SE — Full Specifications, Features & Price in Pakistan
The iQOO Neo 6 SE launched in China in May 2022 as the sensible sibling of the Neo 6: the same 6.62-inch 120Hz AMOLED, 64MP OIS camera and 80W charging, but with the cooler, more efficient Snapdragon 870 instead of the hot-running Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 — and a launch price of just CNY 1,999. iQOO never officially launched it in Pakistan, so local units are imported or used-market handsets. This guide covers its verified specifications and why many buyers preferred the SE over the standard Neo 6.

Design and Build Quality
The Neo 6 SE shares the Neo 6's 6.62-inch AMOLED body with a punch-hole camera and an optical in-display fingerprint scanner. It measures 163 x 76.2 x 8.5mm at a light 190g, in Blue, Orange and Gradient Blue finishes. Like the standard Neo 6 there is no 3.5mm headphone jack, but NFC, stereo speakers with Hi-Res audio and a slim profile keep it feeling modern.
Display Features
The 6.62-inch 1080 x 2400 AMOLED runs at 120Hz with HDR10+, up to 1300 nits peak brightness and a reported 1200Hz touch sampling rate — excellent touch responsiveness for gaming. Paired with the efficient Snapdragon 870, this screen delivers the smooth Neo experience with less thermal stress than the 8 Gen 1 sibling.
Processor and Performance
The Snapdragon 870 (7nm) with Adreno 650 is the SE's defining choice: slightly slower than the 8 Gen 1 on paper, but dramatically cooler and more efficient in sustained use. For real-world gaming sessions and daily use, many users found the SE the better-balanced phone. Up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage complete a package that still performs well in 2026.
RAM and Storage
The SE shipped in 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB configurations with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, and no microSD slot. The 8GB + 128GB unit is the common used find; the 12GB + 256GB variant is the enthusiast pick if you can find one.
Camera Features
The triple camera carries the 64MP f/1.89 main sensor with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide and a 2MP monochrome sensor for portraits, recording 4K@30fps, with a 16MP front camera. The OIS main camera is genuinely good for the class — detailed daylight shots and steadier video — while the ultrawide is decent and the monochrome sensor is a minor portrait aid rather than a headline feature.
Battery and Charging
A 4,700mAh battery with 80W fast charging — the same rapid top-ups as the standard Neo 6, but the efficient 870 stretches each charge further. This is the best battery-and-charging balance in the Neo 6 generation. Used units still need a health check, but the SE ages more gracefully than its hotter sibling. No wireless charging.
Software and Updates
The Neo 6 SE launched on Android 12 with OriginOS Ocean, and no official long-term update commitment was found in the reviewed sources. Expect early-2020s software on used units — verify app compatibility for anything essential before buying.
Connectivity and Additional Features
The SE supports 5G with dual SIM, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS and USB Type-C, with stereo speakers and no 3.5mm jack (audio via USB-C). As a China-version import, confirm the specific unit's 4G/5G bands against Pakistani carriers before buying.
Variants, Colours and Availability
China variants were 8GB + 128GB (CNY 1,999), 8GB + 256GB (CNY 2,299) and 12GB + 256GB (CNY 2,499) in Blue, Orange and Gradient Blue, going on first sale in China on May 11, 2022. The phone was sold in China only and never officially in Pakistan — all local units are imports or used handsets.
Price in Pakistan and PTA Information
No verified Pakistan price was found for the iQOO Neo 6 SE — it was never officially launched here. Its China launch price was CNY 1,999 (about USD 299 at launch), which is a launch figure only, not a Pakistan price. Used units are priced by individual sellers on variant, condition and battery health. Confirm the current price with Zohaan Mobile Gallery before buying.
PTA: Because this is an import-only device, PTA tax/duty applies for use with a Pakistani SIM. PTA approval is per device and IMEI — never assume a unit is compliant. Before paying, send the phone's IMEI by SMS to 8484 and confirm "Compliant" status, and check the applicable tax on the PTA website. How to check PTA approval and what PTA approval means.

The Neo 6 SE might be the smartest used buy in this whole batch: nearly everything good about the Neo 6 — 120Hz AMOLED, 64MP OIS, 80W charging — with the Snapdragon 870's cooler efficiency instead of the 8 Gen 1's heat.
