iQOO 15 — Full Specifications, Features & Price in Pakistan

The iQOO 15 is vivo sub-brand iQOO's flagship gaming phone for the 2025–26 generation, launched in China in October 2025 and in India on 26 November 2025. It packs Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a 144Hz 2K AMOLED display, and a 7,000mAh battery — hardware that puts it firmly in ultra-flagship territory. One important note for Pakistani buyers up front: the iQOO 15 was never officially launched in Pakistan, so any unit here is an import or used-market device. This guide covers its verified specifications, what import pricing looks like, and the PTA steps you must take before buying.

Key Specifications at a Glance

Design and Build Quality

The iQOO 15 is a big, serious flagship: 8.17mm thick and 216–220 grams depending on the finish. Two editions were launched — the Legend edition in white with iQOO's signature tri-colour racing stripes, and Alpha Black with a fibreglass back panel. This is a gaming-first design, and iQOO backs that up with India's largest single-layer vapour-chamber cooling system at 8,000mm², built to keep the flagship chip cool during long gaming sessions. The IP68 + IP69 rating is a genuine highlight — full dust protection plus resistance to high-pressure water jets, a combination few phones at any price offer.

Display Features

The 6.85-inch Samsung M14 "LEAD" OLED panel is one of the best displays on any 2025 Android phone. It delivers 2K resolution with a 144Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate, so it scales smoothly from battery-saving low rates up to ultra-smooth gaming. Peak brightness reaches 6,000 nits locally with 2,600 nits in high-brightness mode, making it easily readable in harsh Pakistani sunlight, and Dolby Vision support improves HDR video. Triple ambient light sensors fine-tune brightness automatically.

Processor and Performance

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (3nm) is Qualcomm's top-tier 2025 flagship chipset, paired here with iQOO's dedicated Q3 Supercomputing chip that enables PC-grade ray tracing and up to 2K/144fps gaming playback. iQOO claims an AnTuTu score around 4 million points — treat that as a manufacturer claim under lab conditions, not a guarantee of everyday results. In practical terms, this is far more power than any current mobile game or app needs, with genuine headroom for years. LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage keep everything fast.

RAM and Storage

Two configurations were launched: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage, using LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage — the fastest memory standards available. There is no microSD card slot, so choose the 512GB variant if you shoot a lot of video or keep large game libraries. For gaming and heavy multitasking, even the base 12GB is generous.

Camera Features

The iQOO 15 carries a triple 50MP system: a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor with optical image stabilisation, a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto with 3x optical zoom (3.7x lossless per iQOO), and a 50MP ultra-wide. The front camera is a 32MP unit with a wide 90-degree field of view for group selfies. This is iQOO's most serious camera effort yet, but note the brand's priority is still gaming — camera tuning favours punchy, social-ready shots rather than natural flagship photography. Some sources cite up to 100x digital zoom; the exact figure varies between reports, so treat extreme-zoom claims with caution.

Battery and Charging

The 7,000mAh silicon-carbon battery is enormous for a flagship — comfortably a two-day battery for moderate users and a full heavy day for gamers. Charging is 100W wired plus 40W wireless, and iQOO adds smart bypass charging (power goes straight to the system while gaming, reducing heat and battery wear) and reverse charging. Note the battery is non-removable, as on all modern flagships.

Software and Updates

The iQOO 15 runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6, iQOO's heavily customised interface with new AI features and gaming tools including a Game Livestreaming Assistant. iQOO promises five years of Android OS upgrades and seven years of security updates — excellent long-term support for an import device. One caveat for Pakistani buyers: the global/India software build is tuned for those markets, and some AI or network features may behave differently on Pakistani carriers.

Connectivity and Additional Features

The phone supports 5G (SA/NSA), dual SIM, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, and USB-C 3.2 Gen 1. The 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor is fast and works with wet fingers better than optical sensors. Stereo speakers are standard on this class of device, though exact audio tuning details were not confirmed in the reviewed sources. NFC availability varies by region — confirm on the specific unit before buying if you need it.

Variants, Colours and Availability

Launched variants: 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB, in Legend (white, tri-colour stripes) and Alpha Black. The phone went on sale in China in October 2025 and India from late November 2025. There is no Pakistan variant and no official Pakistan launch. Any unit sold in Pakistan is imported — typically brought in from China, India, or the Gulf — and is usually sold as a used or box-opened import.

Price in Pakistan and PTA Information

The verified India launch price is ₹72,999 for 12GB + 256GB and ₹79,999 for 16GB + 512GB (November 2025). There is no official iQOO 15 price in Pakistan because the phone was never launched here. At approximate conversion rates, the Indian price equates to roughly Rs. 220,000–245,000 — but that is a currency conversion only, not a Pakistan market price. Imported units in the Pakistani used market are priced by individual sellers, and prices move with exchange rates and availability. Confirm the current price with Zohaan Mobile Gallery before buying.

PTA: Because this is an import-only device, PTA tax/duty applies for use with a Pakistani SIM. PTA approval is per device and IMEI — never assume a unit is compliant. Before paying, send the phone's IMEI by SMS to 8484 and confirm "Compliant" status, and check the applicable tax on the PTA website. How to check PTA approval.

Main Advantages and Limitations

Advantages:

• 144Hz 2K Samsung AMOLED with Dolby Vision and extreme brightness
• IP68 + IP69 rating — rare at any price

Limitations:

• Never officially launched in Pakistan — import/used units only, no local warranty

• Camera system is strong but still tuned for gaming-first users, not photography purists
• Software and some features are tuned for China/India, not Pakistani networks

Who Should Consider This Phone?

Good fit: serious mobile gamers and power users who want the absolute fastest Android hardware, a two-day battery, and a top-tier display — and who are comfortable buying an imported unit with no official local support.

Look elsewhere if: you need an official Pakistan warranty, PTA-compliant out-of-the-box purchase, or a phone your local service centre can repair. In that case, browse officially launched flagships in the all mobiles collection instead.

Final Verdict

The iQOO 15 is a legitimate ultra-flagship: the fastest chipset of its generation, a stunning 144Hz 2K display, a 7,000mAh battery, and IP68+IP69 protection. For Pakistani buyers, the honest trade-off is that it's an import-only device — no official price, no local warranty, and PTA registration is your responsibility. If you accept that, it's one of the most powerful phones money can buy. If you don't, an officially launched flagship is the safer choice.
