Huawei Nova 14 Ultra Price in Pakistan & Specs
Huawei Nova 14 Ultra — Full Specifications, Features & Price in Pakistan
The Huawei Nova 14 Ultra is the top model of the Nova 14 series, launched in China on 19 May 2025 — the Nova line's first true flagship, with a 6.81-inch LTPO3 OLED display hitting 5,500 nits, a 50MP periscope telephoto, Kunlun Glass, and an IP68/IP69 rating. It is the most capable Nova ever made, but like every modern Huawei it runs HarmonyOS without Google services and has no official Pakistan launch. This guide covers the verified specs, the conflicting Pakistan price listings, and whether the Ultra is worth importing.

Design and Build Quality
The Nova 14 Ultra pairs a glass-and-metal build with Kunlun Glass on the front and an IP68/IP69 rating — dust-tight and protected against high-pressure water jets and brief submersion, a first for the Nova line. At 163.4 x 75.6 x 7.8 mm and 204 g it is reassuringly solid without being heavy for its class. The triple-camera module sits flush enough to avoid the worst table wobble, and the Black, White, Purple and Gold finishes (per secondary listings) lean premium rather than playful.
Display Features
The 6.81-inch LTPO3 OLED is the star: 1272 x 2860 pixels (~460 ppi), 120Hz adaptive refresh, 1.07 billion colours, HDR support, and a headline 5,500-nit peak brightness — bright enough for the harshest Pakistani midday sun. LTPO3 allows the refresh rate to drop very low when idle, saving battery on static content. Kunlun Glass improves drop resistance over standard glass, though no screen survives every fall — a good case is still wise.
Processor and Performance
Third-party databases list the Kirin 8020 (octa-core: 1x2.29 GHz + 3x2.05 GHz + 4x1.3 GHz) with a Maleoon 920 GPU; Huawei itself does not confirm the chip name on its Nova pages, so treat it as widely reported rather than official. Real-world performance is flagship-smooth for apps, multitasking and photography, with the 12GB of RAM keeping everything fluid. Only sustained high-end gaming shows the gap to the very latest Snapdragon flagships.
RAM and Storage
Every Nova 14 Ultra ships with 12GB of RAM, paired with 256GB, 512GB, or a full 1TB of internal storage — the 1TB option is the standout for creators who shoot lots of 4K video. There is no microSD slot on any variant, so choose your storage at purchase. 12GB of RAM is comfortably future-proof for several years of Android-era app demands.
Camera Features
The Ultra earns its name: a 50MP main camera with variable aperture (f/1.4–4.0) and OIS, a 50MP periscope telephoto with 3.7x optical zoom (88mm, OIS) — the first periscope in the Nova line — and a 13MP ultrawide with autofocus. Laser AF, a colour-spectrum sensor, and 4K/HDR Vivid video complete the rear setup. The dual front cameras (50MP ultrawide + 8MP 2x telephoto) make it one of the best selfie phones in its class. Night and zoom shots are where it pulls away from the standard Nova 14.
Battery and Charging
A 5,500mAh battery with 100W wired charging is verified: expect a full day of heavy use and very fast top-ups, plus 5W reverse wired charging for accessories. There is no wireless charging. The LTPO3 display helps the Ultra stretch its battery further than the Pro on light days, and 100W charging means a short morning plug-in covers most days.
Software and Updates
HarmonyOS 5.0 with Huawei Mobile Services and AppGallery — no Google Mobile Services. Google Play, Gmail, YouTube and Maps do not work natively, and some Pakistani banking and government apps will not run. Huawei's AI features (photo editing, assistant) are genuinely useful, but they do not replace the Google ecosystem. No official update commitment for imported units has been published; assume support follows Huawei's China schedule.
Connectivity and Additional Features
5G (SA/NSA) and 4G LTE on dual nano-SIM, Wi-Fi 6/7, Bluetooth 5.2 with L2HC HD audio, NFC (with NFC-SIM/HCE), dual-band multi-GNSS positioning, infrared blaster, and USB Type-C 2.0 with OTG. Stereo speakers, no 3.5mm jack, no FM radio. The under-display optical fingerprint sensor is reported by GSMArena; one database lists a side-mounted sensor instead — confirm on the unit before buying.
Variants, Colours and Availability
China-market variants: 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 12GB + 1TB (launch pricing in China was not reconfirmed at the time of writing). Colours listed by secondary sources are Black, White, Purple and Gold. There is no official Pakistan variant — all units sold here are imports, so PTA tax, warranty, and even exact colour availability depend on the seller.
Price in Pakistan and PTA Information
Pakistan listings conflict: TechJuice.pk's price portal lists Rs. 168,999, while gadgetsandaccessories.com, softliee.com and hi94.com list Rs. 173,999 (all verified 2026-10-11). Treat the true figure as a Rs. 168,999–173,999 range for imported units — not an official price — and confirm the latest number with Zohaan Mobile Gallery before buying. Do not confuse it with the Nova 14 Pro or Nova 15 Ultra.
PTA: PTA approval applies per device and IMEI, not per model. Before paying, send the phone's IMEI to 8484 and confirm "Compliant" status. How to check PTA approval.
Google apps: none of the Nova 14 or Nova 15 series phones ship with Google Mobile Services. They run HarmonyOS with Huawei Mobile Services and the AppGallery store only — Google Play, Gmail, YouTube, and Maps do not work natively. Some Pakistani banking and government apps may also refuse to run without GMS. Treat this as the single biggest buying consideration.

Final Verdict
The Nova 14 Ultra is the most complete Nova Huawei has ever made — periscope zoom, 5,500-nit display, Kunlun Glass, IP68/IP69 — and at around Rs. 169,000–174,000 it undercuts true flagships. But it is still a HarmonyOS phone without Google services and with no local launch, so it only makes sense for buyers who have already decided they can live without GMS. If you have, this is the Nova to get.
